We worked closely with our client at the design stage to ensure the plans retained the look of the Leicht kitchen they had been inspired by. While it was crucial to capture the essence of the kitchen our clients had seen it was equally important to do this is such a way that complemented their new space. Creating such a complex design that perfectly balanced spatial considerations with an extraordinary aesthetic required a combination of technical and creative design skills that our talented designers have honed over time.
To accentuate the dramatic height of the space we suggested taking the tall run of tower units all the way up to the ceiling. The seamless wall of cabinetry creates a harmonious, homogenous relationship between the super matt, velvety carbon grey finish and the structured, planked oak wall panelling and brings a dramatic look to the room. The cabinetry was made by Leicht to our schematics to ensure each unit is exactly the right size for a truly flawless bespoke finish.
High ceilings can be problematic when it comes to extraction, either you will find the extractor hood needs to be positioned too far above the hob to have the desired effect or otherwise the extra height of the duct looks unsightly and off-balance. Bora solve this dilemma ingeniously with their integrated extraction hobs. With several collections to choose from, each design seamlessly includes a built-in extractor unit. Their cutting-edge cross flow technology means cooking vapours are extracted extraordinarily efficiently. The sleek internal extraction allowed us to position the hob on the kitchen island for exceptional functionality without interrupting the immaculate aesthetic design.
This kitchen features many meticulously considered unique design elements including slim metal shelves in Carbon Grey powder coated metal. The shelves gleam in the cleverly integrated LED lighting bringing impeccable poise to the design. Contemporary LED lights are dimmable as well as offering an adjustable colour palette of warm and cool tones enabling our client to create their desired ambience throughout the day. At Kitchenology, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and these exceptionally considered bespoke features have a major impact on the space.
