Thank you to all those who attended our first Siemens Chef Event here at the Kitchenology Showroom. The fantastic Siemens Chef, Jan, produced a succession of dishes from savoury to sweet demonstrating our induction hob, single oven and combi steam oven. The dishwasher had a starring role also! Dishes produced from the combi/steam oven were a particular revelation – the roast lamb was succulent on the inside and just right on the outside, the roast potatoes (also cooked with steam and hot air) were crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside – and all produced much quicker than from a conventional oven.
The day proved very succesful for both those who had just had new kitchens and those who were still in the planning stages. We are planning to repeat this event and will be sending invitations out to all our subscribers – well worth putting in the diary!
