Hooray, it's MasterChef time again!
Remember Tony Rodd, the mustachioed MasterChef 2015 finalist? well, he hosted an evening to remember at Kitchenology in February 2016. And we were delighted to see him again in the first episode as the new contestants competed in The Impression Test: where the contestants must cook a two course meal in 75 minutes for past winners and finalists of MasterChef.
We are taking a particular interest again this year as one of the MasterChef 2016 finalists will be entertaining us at Kitchenology in 2017! Who will it be? See if you can spot the next winners. Many finalists go on to start their own businesses in related areas. Tony Rodd, Master Chocolatier, now acts as a private chef, cooking bespoke dinner parties in his clients' homes across the country. He caters for all tastes and dietary requirements, and creates menus ranging from three-course events up to five-course taster menus with all the trimmings. His website – www.welldressedplates.com – has full details.
During his evening at Kitchenology, Tony made full use of our Siemens demonstration kitchen as he wowed us with his recipes and entertained us with his amusing anecdotes and insider information from his time competing in MasterChef. Tony features in our latest video, see it on our website www.kitchenologyltd.co.uk/videos/
